Should they stay.....

or should they go?
Tomorrow I am having a big yard-sale
(or as they say in some places tag/garage sale!)
I have a huge collection of Longaberger baskets,
as a LONG time ago I was a Longaberger consultant.
Currently I use a only small fraction of them, on occasion.
My hopes have always been to decorate
my kitchen/house with them
when my kitchen/house is finally complete.
Decorating has not been a priority right now for me.
I procrastinate a lot when it comes to this.
Right now, I feel like getting rid of everything.
John says to hang on to them or I might regret my actions.
Please give this girl some guidance!!!

Get rid of them but not at a garage sale! EBAY THEM!! You would get so much more money!

I was having these same thoughts last night as I was packing up my collection while packing for the move. I almost called you to see if you wanted any more of them!

Ohhh keep them! Or send them to me!! ;)
Then if you decide to not end up using them, just sell them on craigslist or ebay like others have been suggesting!

I agree with Hallie...sell them on Ebay. You will get so much more money than at a garage sale!

Good luck!

I wish I could get it together to do the same! (yard sale). I would keep them or sell them on ebay!

Do you have room in the attic? Put them in garbage bags, store them in the attic until you are sure you don't want or need them any more. Maybe?

well, i'm in the 'get rid of everything mode' myself so i would say get rid of what you don't use/need. i would put them on ebay or something because you'll get more return on them. those baskets are expensive aren't they?

and if you're like me, by the time your kitchen is done and ready - you'll want to decorate a different way anyways! :)

I'm a trasher....If I don't want it/need it, it goes in the trash.

Except clothes. Those go to Goodwill.

Who knows how much $$ I've thrown away!?

I think you should keep them for now, if you are still thinking of decorating with them. If you do sell them, do it on ebay, not at a sale. After my Mom died, we sold a bunch of hers on ebay and did well.

so what will you do?

I agree, E-bay or Craigslist! I don't keep anything I don't use, and I rarely regret it. Normally I just forget about it or go shopping for something else! ;)

Hang on. I've never subscribed to the when in doubt throw it out. Of course, I see now you posted this on Friday and it's Sunday, so you may already of thrown out!
If you are in doubt at all don't let go yet. Once they are gone, they aren't coming back, and they are something you can't just run out replace.
