Have I told you lately how much I love an over-achiever who shares? You, girl, are awesome! You know how much I love getting these awards; it makes me happy. While you may be humble (we'll just see what Lisa and Mary have to say about that :)!!), I'm just really easy to please...HA.
I can't wait to get home from work so I can show off my new bling. And once again, I thank you for the Thomas pix...now maybe Mary could post some of your guys. HAHAHAHA! Seriously, I don't care who shows which pix...I love 'em all.

Thanks for checking out my blog! My tips for the weight loss thing are this. I hate to diet because eventually we all fall off of them. As all the fitness gurus say losing weight “needs to be a way of life.” I was very active in my early 20's, then I got married, got lazy, then 2 kids later I was not pleased with me. So I decided I would start slow with both eating right and exercising, and go slow I did! I only did about 10 minutes on the Elliptical the first few times then I added more minutes until I hit 30. Sometimes if I have time I do 40. As for food I am huge Carb addict breads, pastas, you name I love it. However I was having that stuff WAY to much so I cut back I still will grab a slice of pizza but not 3 days a week. So I am kind of doing the Atkins/ south beach thing but not to the extreme that they do Call it Atkins/ South Beach Lite! Hopefully this makes sense and it works for me because I believe I can maintain this for the long haul unlike cutting all sugar or all carbs for forever who can do that? Good luck!!!

Oh and I'm very impressed with your 1/2 marathon. 21 km seems so out of my reach. 13 is the most I've ever run so I'm just not sure about the bigger runs....maybe by may!
How did you train for that?
