This is one of my summer babies - a hydrangea bush. Its just starting to green-up, sprouting new life each day.
I can't wait until it blooms.
When it does, it will make new flowers all summer long.
It is one of my favorite things.

Amy, I love hydrangeas. Under my deck they seem to love it there. I call it "Hydrangea alley". The only bummer is that they don't last long enough into the summer for me. I just planted some hydrangea vines, have you seen those?
Ok, please tell me that you enjoy gardening. I am a beginner, but I just bought my veggies to plant for the season in my raised beds. I have a yard of dirt that was dumped on my front driveway, along with four yards of one inch rocks. Hmmmm, maybe I will post about this!

I also love Rose Of Sharon, just planted one of those a coupe days ago. I just LOVE flowers period! Especially when they come back on their own and I don't have to keep replanting! Does that mean I am lazy? Have a GREAT weekend.

I would love to plant some in my yard, my neighbors have them and I sit in envy. Although I have lilacs and they smell wonderful!. Love spring!
